Widcnc H2000Cutting tables
The Widcnc H2000 is a new generation cutting table for continuous production, with 0.1 mm precision, a working area of 2100 × 3200 mm and a speed of up to 70 m/min, guaranteeing finish quality and repeatability in long runs. It includes PC control.
The mechanical base combines servomotors, high-precision linear guides and BeDi industrial transmission (Germany). The aluminum vacuum table, with 4 independent and automatic zones and a 7.5 kW pump, ensures efficient clamping; the automatic feeding system (4 mm felt mat) and roll feed stabilize the workflow for sheet and coil.
This equipment integrates a double tool holder with a drag knife, a high-frequency oscillating knife and marking, as well as laser pointer and camera registration and high-precision tool measurement; infrared and contact safety systems protect the operation. It is also possible to add a third support, Kiss-Cut, bevel (0º/15º/22.5º/30º/45º), creasing, disc cutting, additional pumps (2 × 2.2 kW) and motorized automatic unwinder.
