Widcnc H1600Cutting tables
The Widcnc H1600 is a new generation industrial cutting table, designed for continuous production with 0.1 mm precision, a working area of 1600 × 2500 mm, and speeds up to 70 m/min, guaranteeing high-quality finish and repeatability in long runs.
The structure combines Shimpo servo motors and gearboxes, SMG (Japan) linear guides, and a helical rack and pinion system, supported by an aluminum vacuum table (4 zones, 7.5 kW pump). The automatic feeding system with a 4 mm felt conveyor and roll feeding ensures a stable workflow for sheet and coil work.
This solution features a double tool holder with a drag knife, oscillating knife, and marking system, laser pointer and camera registration, as well as automatic tool measurement. It includes PC control and infrared and contact safety systems. For hybrid operations, it can integrate a 1.8 kW spindle (60,000 rpm), ATC ISO 10, and a tool holder with up to six positions.
